WHEN NOVEMBER RAINS BEGIN

I had not experienced the pleasures of an outdoor tub until I moved to the Gulf Islands. From this Cranberry Road perch, the views were spectacular, overlooking The Three Sisters, Trincomali Channel, and on a clear day, Georgia Strait and The Lions. When bad weather arrives, there is nothing more conducive to sensual memory than being surrounded by warm water as the rains paint a fine mist in the arbutus trees.

All photographs were shot using a Pentax MG camera with a 28-70mm Tokina SD lens using Kodak High Speed Infrared film and #25A red filter at 50 ISO
